Christabel Adjah-Tetteh

Christabel Adjah-Tetteh is a first-year graduate student in the Chemical Engineering Ph.D. program at the University of Connecticut, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Clean Energy Engineering. Her research interests include solid oxide fuel cell and electrolyzer applications, anion exchange membrane water electrolysis, and advanced energy materials synthesis. 

She has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in chemical engineering from the Universities of Louisiana at Lafayette and the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology respectively. Her personal and professional motivation stems from a desire to mentor and inspire girls to pursue higher education, and the aspiration to make a significant contribution to ushering the world into the sustainable energy era.  

Outside work, Ms. Adjah-Tetteh enjoys a good comedy show, music, traveling to see nature’s breathtaking scenery, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
